Configuration for Macfusion 2:
Macfusion
Launch Macfusion and click on the plus sign in the bottom lefthand corner of the Macfusion window.
Select SSHFS Hostname should be one of the Suns used in normal ssh operation (Borman, Ramone, and Chawla) Please do not use Saturn or Pegasus as the host to mount the file system Go to the "SSH Adavanced" tab and put -o defer_permissions into the extra options field Go back to the SSH tab and confirm the following values: Host: the name of the machine you are connecting to Username: Your CIS username Password: Your CIS password Path: The directory you are trying to connect to. By default this value is "Home Folder" but can be changed to any path that you have permissions to access Click okay and then click on mount. If successful the directory will appear in 3 places: Desktop, /Volumes, and also in the finder if you right click on the drive in macfusion and select reveal If you are using Snow Leopard then please follow the additional instructions below: Special Snow Leopard Instructions:
You must use the latest beta version of Macfuse with Snow Leopard
System Preferences -> Macfuse
Check the box labeled "Download Beta version of Software"
After updating Macfuse to the latest Beta version you must run the following command in a terminal window
